Within 30 days of submitting your application, the Georgia Department of Revenue will approve you for the tax donation credit.

NOTE: You will receive a letter... please save this for a later step!

Remeber you approval letter? Make sure to include a copy with your payment to the Cumming PD Foundation

Within 60 days of your approval with the Georgia Department of Revenue, make your donation to the Cumming PD Foundation at:
